Hurakabra River Resort

Hurakabra River Resort is located in Guyana, South America, approximately 30 miles up the magnificent west bank of the Essequibo River.  It is a private family boutique river resort set amidst the lush tropical rain forest and fronts the river.   The main house and the cottage are furnished with locally made furnishings ranging from nibbi, bamboo and liana cane.  This picturesque and tranquil setting is truly unique and allows you to unwind and relax. Imagine waking to the sounds of the river, relaxing on the balcony during siesta or just absorbing the river with a blanket of stars to end the day with the moon over the water when it decides to grace us with its presence.
