Butchart Garden

Butchart Gardens is a world-renowned garden located in Brentwood Bay, near Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. It was established over 100 years ago by Jennie Butchart, a pioneer in the cement industry, and her husband, Robert Butchart. The gardens are now owned and operated by the Butchart family and remain a popular tourist attraction in Canada. The gardens cover an area of 55 acres and are made up of several themed gardens, including the Sunken Garden, Rose Garden, Japanese Garden, Italian Garden, and Mediterranean Garden. The gardens are known for their stunning displays of flowers, trees, and shrubs, as well as the beautiful fountains, statues, and other horticultural features. In addition to the gardens, there are also several dining options, gift shops, and entertainment events throughout the year. The Butchart Gardens have been designated a National Historic Site of Canada and are visited by more than a million people every year.
