Request Account & Data Deletion – Virtuard
At Virtuard, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.
Who We Are
This data deletion process applies to the mobile app Virtuard, published by Virtuard.com.
What Will Be Deleted
Once your request is confirmed, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

Your Virtuard account and profile

Your email and login credentials

All property listings you created
-
All 360° virtual tours, images, and media uploaded by you

All associated metadata and preferences
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion using either of the following methods:
1. By Email

Please include the subject line:
"Request for Account Deletion – Virtuard"
And mention your registered email address.
Processing Time
We will process your request and delete your account and data within 7 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Data Security
All deleted data is unrecoverable and securely removed in accordance with industry standards.
