Hotel Diskobay

Hotel Diskobay is located in the first park to Disko Bay and with a view of Disko Island. We are a small hotel in magnificent surroundings, close to Greenland's beautiful nature. During the summer, humpback whales and fin whales are frequent guests in the bay in front of the hotel - otherwise there is often a grounded iceberg or two that can be enjoyed with a cold Musk beer on the hotel's terrace. Experience beautiful hikes, sailing trips between icebergs and the midnight sun in the arctic summer. Flocks of seals also often swim by. In the Greenlandic winter, fjords and lakes are covered with ice, snow covers the mountain landscape and the Northern Lights appear frequently at these latitudes. Qasigiannguit is the perfect place to experience dog sledding.
